Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Meat

What does "pasture-raised" actually mean?

Pasture-raised means our animals live outside on open pasture every day — not just with occasional "access" to the outdoors. They roam freely, forage naturally, and are rotated to fresh pasture regularly.

Is your meat organic?

Our animals are fed a certified-organic, custom-blended feed. We also follow regenerative farming practices that go beyond standard organic certification.

Why no corn or soy?

Corn and soy change the fat composition of the meat, reducing beneficial omega-3s and increasing inflammatory omega-6s. By eliminating these from our feed, we produce meat that's more nutritious and closer to what nature intended.

Ordering & Shipping

How is the meat shipped?

All orders are shipped frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice or ice packs to ensure your meat arrives in perfect condition.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if my order arrives thawed?

If your order arrives fully thawed or with any quality issues, please contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Storage & Cooking

How long can I keep the meat frozen?

Our meat can be stored frozen for up to 12 months. Once thawed, use within 3–5 days.

Can I refreeze thawed meat?

We recommend cooking meat once thawed for the best quality, but it is safe to refreeze if it was thawed in the refrigerator.
